Spa Etiquette

To enjoy your treatment and in consideration of other guests, Lasting Impressions asks that clients follow a few simple guidelines when visiting the spa.


Arrivals

Please turn your cell phones off before entering the spa. Plan to arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself adequate time to fill out a client card, change and to just sit and relax. By arriving late, your precious spa treatment time cannot be extended in consideration of the next guest, and you will be charged the full service price.


Cancellation Policy

All treatments and services you select are reserved especially for you. Kindly provide a minimum 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or change an appointment, or a minimum 48 hour notice when cancelling any spa package or service over 2 hours in duration. If less than the required notice is given, a fee of 50 % of services booked will be charged. Failure to show for a appointment will result in the full charge of services booked.


Gift Certificates

Lasting Impressions gift certificates are the gift that everyone loves to open! Gift certificates are available in any denomination. Amelia can also assist you in selecting the gift that is certain to be appreciated. Phone or internet orders are welcome.
